Eva’s Village – A Family Story of Hospitality

Homes Eva’s Garden was never just a place to stay. Since 2022, when the family turned their passion for hospitality into action, the first five apartments were created in Messaria.

As time passed, the need for growth led to further development: the apartments became eight, and in 2026, an expansion is planned with ten standalone residences and a snack bar — a welcoming space for guests of all ages.

Today, the original vision has evolved into something greater. Homes Eva’s Garden is transforming into Eva’s Village — a vibrant, family-driven destination where warmth, care, and values are passed down from generation to generation.
